1. Exceptions to Withdrawal

Our services begin execution immediately with the client's consent. Due to the personalized nature (Software, Branding), the client waives the right of withdrawal.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
There will be no refunds for the initial advance payment. If the client withdraws from the project, they must cover fees proportional to the work performed.
3. Operation Guarantee
We guarantee the product will meet agreed technical specifications. Subjective design differences do not constitute a technical failure.
4. Service Continuity
Stability guarantee is conditioned to timely maintenance payments. Delay entitles KLAUPPER to suspend the service.
